About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established and highly reputable building services maintenance provider. You’ll be working on a commercial contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent area.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance tasks within agreed SLAs
* Respond to helpdesk-issued jobs and complete works efficiently and professionally
* Ensure all plant and equipment operates to required performance standards
* Maintain accurate records including PPM schedules, logbooks, and compliance documentation
* Provide a high-quality, client-facing engineering service with minimal supervision
* Undertake mechanical and plumbing repairs, servicing, and minor installations
* Liaise proactively with site contacts and management to resolve issues
* Monitor and oversee subcontractors where required, ensuring standards are met
* Support compliance and asset performance across the contract

Qualifications & Experience Required
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering OR
* City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
* Proven commercial plumbing maintenance experience
* Strong building services background
* Confident working in a mobile, client-facing role

* Must be able to pass standard DBS
* No criminal record or unspent convictions
* Full UK driving licence
