We are seeking a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing engineering team based in Warrington. This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer with strong electrical and mechanical skills who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently, working closely with operations to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on site machinery and equipment

• Diagnose faults quickly and effectively, completing repairs to a high standard

• Identify and implement long-term engineering solutions to recurring issues

• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site

• Work collaboratively with production and operations teams

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company policies and regulatory standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Multi-skilled background with both electrical and mechanical competence

• Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)

• Experience within manufacturing, production, or industrial environments

• Strong fault-finding ability and a practical, hands-on approach

• Positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team
