Due to continued business growth our client is looking for 4 x Field Multi-Skilled Traders to join their fun and vibrant team!
We are looking for candidates that have one of the following biases:
- Electrical bias.
- Mechanical bias.
- Carpentry bias.
- Finishing / tiling bias.
Benefits:
- Salary – Up to £42,000 per annum
- 33 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Hours of work – Monday to Friday – 0800am to 1700pm

Role & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out repairs, maintenance and instillations on premises within the Social Housing sector.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, while working independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to support the other Multi-Skilled Traders in other areas other than your bias.
- You will be undertaking a wide range of projects from fitting bathrooms, kitchens, tiling, carpentry and plumbing.
- Manage all aspects of planned maintenance in Social Housing.
- Manage project delivery on project value of £5,000 to £200,000.
- Ensure you are professional and presentable as this is a customer facing role.
Required Skills & Experience:
- (Essential) Enhanced DBS check.
- (Essential) Relevant qualifications within your bias.
- Proven track record of success as a Multi-Skilled Trader.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience with underpinning properties.
- Experience with Victoria plumbing.
