We are looking for a Multi trader with own tools and transport for mobile work around Hastings TN37 on social housing contracts.

Details

Basic knowledge of plumbing and Carpentry and electrics
Repair floor, walls and ceiling coverings including painting.
Fitting Bath Panels & toilet seats
Regrouting, mastic seals
Replacing locks and hardware.
General site services; to include, sweeping and tidying.
Undertake any tasks as designated by the Contract Manager or representative
This is a temporary to position for an ongoing period
Monday to Friday (8.00/9.00 hr Days)
Pay Rate £20.00 – £21.00/hr
Working within Social Housing in Voids and occupied properties, within a 25 miles radius of Hastings.
