Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead their Cladding and Facades division. As the selected contractor for a significant project addressing combustible cladding in North London, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of this critical initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the cladding and facades operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and government guidelines.
– Manage the strip-off and replacement of combustible cladding, delivering within established timelines.
– Collaborate with delivery partners, including the Greater London Authority, to administer funds and adhere to project specifications.
– Lead a team of professionals, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
– Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a leadership role within the cladding and facades sector.
– Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
– Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Effective communication and collaboration with external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:
– Extensive experience in cladding and facades operations within the UK construction industry.
– Knowledge of government regulations related to cladding and building safety.
– Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
