Operations Manager
Salary: £65000 - £75000 per annum
Are you a highly motivated Operations Manager with a proven track record of hotel fit-out and residential experience across the construction industry seeking a new challenge and excellent opportunities?
Options Resourcing are recruiting for a driven and experienced Operations Manager in Ashford, Kent. Our client, a leading contactor in design and build of hotels with all leading international hotel chains, are looking to bring in a confident, forward thinking Operations Manager to join an expanding team for a well-established contractor with decades of experience.
The ideal candidate will already have proven experience in hotel and residential fit-out projects, working in a similar role, independently, and as part of a team.
The role:
– Day to day running of the business operations
– Oversee Project Managers and all sites
– Be able to commute to Head Office and all sites country wide
The person:
– Proven experience in Operations Management at for Construction company
– CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
– Construction related degree/time-served in similar role
