We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in Private Client work who is keen to develop their legal knowledge and grow into a valued member of our clients expanding team. You will be supported in your progression with the opportunity to build your own caseload and develop technical skills in a high-quality practice.

Benefits:

Salary up to £32,000 per annum DOE
29 days holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays and the day after Boxing Day)
Location: Cannock
Hours of work: 09:00am to 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
Hybrid working: 3 Days in the office, 2 Days from home

Role & Responsibilities:

Attending client meetings with senior fee earners and drafting comprehensive attendance notes
Liaising with clients to arrange appointments and provide case updates
Supporting the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney
Assisting with the drafting and submission of Probate Applications
Aiding in the administration of estates and progression of client matters
Drafting client correspondence in relation to Wills, LPAs, and probate matters

Required Skills & Experience:

A law degree or prior experience in a legal environment is desirable, but not essential
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
High attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative
Comfortable working under direct supervision and as part of a team
