We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planned and Reactive Works Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the social housing sector, extensive experience in labour management, and a proven track record in planned and reactive maintenance.
Social Housing Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the social housing sector to ensure our services meet the unique needs of our tenants.
Labour Management: Efficiently manage a team of skilled tradespeople and contractors to deliver maintenance projects on time and within budget.
Planned and Reactive Maintenance: Oversee and coordinate both planned maintenance activities (e.g., routine inspections, upgrades) and reactive maintenance (e.g., emergency repairs) to maintain the highest standards of service.
Budget Control: Manage financial aspects of projects, including cost estimation, tracking, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Compliance: Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the social housing sector.
Proven experience in labour management.
Demonstrated expertise in planned and reactive maintenance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or housing management.
