As a Planned and Reactive Works Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of small works, disrepairs, and small refurbishment projects within our social housing properties.
You will be the linchpin in maintaining and enhancing the living conditions of our residents while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will be supervising and leading a team of skilled tradespeople and contractors.
Oversee the planning and execution of small works, disrepairs, and small refurbishment projects in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Ensure that projects are completed within specified timeframes and budgets.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule and prioritize projects.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Manage material and equipment requirements efficiently.
Liaise with residents and address their concerns or inquiries professionally.
Keep detailed records of project activities and budgets.
Experience:
Proven experience in supervising small works, disrepairs, and refurbishment projects in a social housing or maintenance setting.
Labour Management skills.
Liaising with customers and Management.
Proficiency in project planning and scheduling.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Problem-solving skills
