Preconstruction Director – Permanent

£60000 – £75000 per annum dependant on experience

Options Resourcing are working with a well-established and very busy specialist regional building and civil engineering contractor local to the Bristol area. The business has an excellent reputation in the local area and is looking to bring in an individual who can help bring on new business.

The business is going through an exciting period of change and has ambitious but realistic growth targets, currently turning over circa 12m but hoping to increase this to 25m over the next 5 years.

This opportunity allows for significant autonomy and gives the new hire the opportunity to help shape and grow the business over the coming years.

The Person

*Experience in a similar role or as a Preconstruction Manager looking to make the move to Director
*A Senior Contracts Manager / Project Manager or Ops Manager in the South West, one who would like to move into somewhat of a unique role
*Background in Design and Build
*Great relationship building / Potential of bringing clients with them
*Comfortable with a role which will include business development and some bid writing / management
*Interest in sales / work winning element of construction
*Commutable from Bristol
