Our client in the Wednesbury area is looking for an experienced Manufacturing or Production Managers to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Role & Responsibilities
– Have full ownership of the production area.
– Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times.
– Ensure quality standards are being met, with a focus on costs and reduction in waste and performance in all areas.
– Monitor employee performance and identify any training opportunities for the team.
– Motivate the team and drive efficiencies.
– Update and monitor team KPI’s and monthly production planners.
– Ensure production levels are being met in line with business requirements.

Required skills & experience.
– Background within the FMCG sector
– Experience within the Supply Chain environment
– Some exposure to Warehousing & Transport
– Production management experience
– Managing disciplinary process
– Track record of success in implementing new processes and shaping operations
– Experienced in managing over 100 employees
– Creating and delivering KPI’s in line with the service delivery for customers
