Options Resourcing are recruiting for a driven and experienced Project Manager in the South West. Our client, a specialist in industrial, commercial, fit out and refurbishment, are looking to bring a fresh face into their team to work on several construction sites across the South West.

The ideal candidate will be confident delivering projects up to £10m+ whilst leading the team ensuring a high standard of work. We are looking for a candidate that will thrive when overseeing the management of the construction site on a day-to-day basis, deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project and maintain regular communication with clients and their representatives.

The role:
* Coordinating project from start to finish
* Ensuring project is delivered on time and on budget
* Lead and manage Quantity Surveyors on pricing for future works

The person:
* Knowledge of NEC3 Contract Administration
* CSCS Card and HS&E Test
* Relevant qualifications in Project Management
