Project Manager – Taunton

Options Resourcing are recruiting for a driven and experienced Project Manager near Taunton. Our client, a regional contractor with specialist, end-to-end residential and commercial expertise, are looking to bring a new lead for their upcoming project.

On offer is the opportunity for a Project Manager to join on a new, commercial refurbishment/fitout extension to a live leisure and hospitality facility for one of the leading, regional contractors in the UK.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of commercial expertise and already have a proven track record of leading projects valued upwards of £10million.

The role:

* Coordinating project from start to finish
* Ensuring project is delivered safely and on time

The person:

* SMSTS, CSCS card and HS&E test
* Proven experience in leading commercial projects
* Relevant qualification in Project Management
