We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our clients reputable facade company based in Bristol. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various projects related to roofing and cladding.
If you are a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience and possess expertise in roofing and cladding, this opportunity is for you.

Using your experience in managerial roles, you will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
You will be utilizing your extensive knowledge of roofing and cladding to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Effectively manage and allocate resources, including labour and plant & equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to foster successful project outcomes.
Oversee contract and POW (Program of Works) schedules, ensuring compliance and timely completion of deliverables.
Demonstrate strong financial awareness by monitoring project costs, expenses, and budgetary constraints.
Leverage your I.T. skills to employ project management software and tools effectively, streamlining project workflows and reporting.
