Options Resourcing have teamed up with a leading player in the facade industry, specializing in innovative and cutting-edge curtain wall solutions, window and door installations. With a strong commitment to excellence, they have been transforming architectural visions into reality for years. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our exciting projects.
As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing their facade projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in curtain walling, window and door installation, and labor management will be critical in achieving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience in curtain wall systems to plan, execute, and manage projects effectively. –
Window and Door Installation: Oversee the installation of windows and doors, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
Labour Management: Efficiently manage project teams, including subcontractors, to optimize labour resources, schedules, and productivity.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Client Communication: Foster positive client relationships through regular updates, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all project personnel.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in curtain walling, window and door installation, and labour management within the facade industry.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of industry regulations and building codes.
