Options Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to run refurbishment and repair projects to High rise blocks in the Bristol area on behalf of one of our regular clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team with a healthy order book of projects running into 2025 and beyond.Â

As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing your site team, sub-contractors, budget and resources to ensure the efficient delivery of your project while maintaining a positive relationship with the client.

In order to be considered for the Project Managers role you MUST possess current SMSTS, First Aid, Temporary Works, Scaffold Awareness, demonstrable experience managing similar high rise residential projects, an excellent knowledge of residential and commercial construction and MS Office experience.
