£6000 -£70000 per annum dependant on experience + Car allowance, company pension scheme, Health Cash Care plan etc

Options Resourcing are working with an established and busy Civil engineering contractor, the business boasts an excellent reputation and has a number of upcoming projects in their Southern Region (ranging from highways to flood alleviation). Initial project will be in the Bristol area.

The business has ambitious plans to grow the Southern region and needs an experienced Civils Project Manager to support their growth.
There is genuine progression opportunities available for those happy to work within the South West.

The Role

As Project Manager you will successfully lead respective teams to deliver projects within clearly defined budgets and timescales.

*Deliver projects on time and to budget
*Lead Direct and sub contract labour
*Have overall responsibility for successful initiation, planning, design, delivery, tracking, controlling and finally closure of the project
*Engage your team to deliver a safe and efficient operation
*Identify aspects of projects which have potential to cause disputes or incur additional costs and resolve as appropriate
*Keep Client up to date with progress of works

The Person

*Substantial experience in delivery of Civil Engineering projects
*Either worked as a Project Manager or Site Agent
*Good Highways Experience
*Civil Engineer by trade
*Hold HNC / HND or degree qualification
*Ideally hold tickets such as NRSWA Supervisor, CSCS Black Card, SMSTS
*Client facing experience
*Contract Savvy
*Commercially aware
*Clean UK Driving license
