The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will lead projects across a broad range of sectors, including:
Education
High-rise residential
Commercial developments
Leisure facilities
Healthcare
Defence
With project values reaching up to £100 million, you will be involved from pre-construction through to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction to completion
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
Manage programme, budget, and risk to ensure successful outcomes
Maintain exceptional standards of health & safety and quality
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Drive performance and resolve challenges with a proactive approach
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
Demonstrated success delivering medium to large-scale construction projects
Strong commercial awareness and project planning expertise
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Relevant industry qualifications and certifications (essential)
