Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in refurbishment and a solid understanding of current building regulations? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established regional contractor with a growing pipeline of secured work across South Wales and the South West.
Known for delivering high-quality refurbishment and remediation schemes, this organisation is continuing to expand and is looking for a capable Project Manager to take the lead on a key high-rise project.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a high-rise refurbishment project in Cardiff, involving:
Window replacement
Cladding works
External repairs and remediation
This is a pivotal role, offering the chance to lead from the front while contributing to a wider programme of works across the region, including travel between Cardiff and Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project from inception through to successful completion
Manage programme, budget, and overall project performance
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with current building regulations and safety standards
Drive quality, health & safety, and client satisfaction
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering refurbishment or remediation projects
Strong knowledge of high-rise works, including cladding and external envelope
Up-to-date understanding of current building regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage projects across multiple locations
