We are working closely with a leading main contractor based in Bristol who are looking to expand the commercial team with a Project Quantity Surveyor for a project in Bristol.

Our client are a well established main contractor operating within the commercial, education, high – rise, leisure and defence sectors. Typical projects are between £10 – 150 million in value.

You will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the project and will be managing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This is an exciting opportunity with a clear career path, competitive salary and package. The ideal candidate will be working for a regional or large contractor and have experience within the new build sector.
