Quantity Surveyor needed in London
A well respected regional sub-contractor is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor with drylining experience. The job will involve the employee to go between ten sites in and around the city. Although most of the sites can be accessed by public transport, some will require your own transport.
The role itself will involve valuations, variations, estimations, and payments.
The client is looking for 2-3 days’ work. Although this may be reassessed. Your workload will be split between working on site, in the head office or from home.
This is a great opportunity to work with a busy sub-contractor that has a strong pipeline of work and excellent relationships with main contractors. This role is on aa freelance basis, outside I.R 35.
Requirements
CSCS,
A valid driving license and vehicle,
Previous experience doing dry lining packages,
Relevant commercial qualifications,
