Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £55000 - £60000 per annum
Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor with a high level of experience working on fitout and refurbishment projects? Do you want the chance to work with an award-winning team across industrial and commercial construction?
Our client, a specialist contractor focused on interior fitout/refurbishment and new build construction, are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in North Devon.
On offer is the opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor to hit the ground running with their array of live projects, from steel-framed, traditional, and modular construction to high-spec interiors for pharmaceutical, medical, and sterile production environments.
The ideal candidate will already have proven construction experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, with practical understanding of the NEC 3, NEC 4 and JCT 2016 contract suites.
The role:
* Prepare commercial tender response documents on behalf of the company
* Manage contract between client and company
* Professionally manage subcontracts from first valuation through to final account
The person:
* 3+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
* Confident negotiation skills
* Ability to be self-motivated and work co-operatively as part of a team
