Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £40000 - £50000 per annum + Healthcare, Pension
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge in commercial construction? Do you want to join a well-established contractor with an annual turnover of £53 million?
Our client, a reputable name in fitout and refurbishment construction for leisure, retail, and commercial sectors, are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business. This independently owned company pride themselves on a low staff turnover, with excellent long-term capacity available.

We are looking to recruit a determined Quantity Surveyor who is strong enough to challenge any client or subcontractor when managing costs, which we feel is a vital part to this role.
The ideal candidate will already have vast construction experience, preferably in internal fitout/refurbishment projects, and will be looking for the next leap in their career progression.
The role:
* Understanding client drawings
* Managing costs
* Attending site
The person:
* Ability to work flexible hours (this job is not always the usual 9-5)
* Strong knowledge of Word & Excel
* Proven experience in a similar role
