Our client, a specialist contractor renowned for their expertise in interior fitout, refurbishment, and new build construction, is actively seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in North Devon.

To excel in this role, you should possess proven construction experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a practical understanding of the NEC 3, NEC 4, and JCT 2016 contract suites.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare comprehensive commercial tender response documents on behalf of the company
– Efficiently manage contracts between clients and the company
– Professionally oversee subcontracts from initial valuation to final account settlement

Desired Skills and Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
– Confident negotiation skills to ensure favourable outcomes
– Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
