Key Responsibilities:
Manage the financial aspects of major contracts for high-rise building façades, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgets.
Collaborate closely with project teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
Monitor project costs, contracts, and expenditures, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
Oversee subcontractor payments and variations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Provide expert advice on contractual and commercial matters.
Manage change orders, claims, and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in managing major contracts for high-rise building façades.
Strong knowledge of façade construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in contract administration and management.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Relevant qualifications and certifications in quantity surveying or a related field.
