Opetions Resourcing have teamed up with a high;y reputable Civil Engineering company to find the perfect Quantity Surveyor!
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in reinforced concrete and formwork.
Minimum of 2 years of proven Quantity Surveying experience.
Strong knowledge of construction cost management and budget control.
Proficient in project estimation, tendering, and contract management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cost analysis and provide accurate estimates for civil engineering projects.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and variations.
Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
Manage subcontractor agreements and payments.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
