Options Resourcing have teamed up with a leading London drylining contractor specializing in residential and commercial design projects.

They are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation:

Utilize your expertise to provide accurate cost estimates for drylining, partition systems, ceilings, and related services based on project requirements.

Project Budgeting:

Work closely with project managers to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to client specifications.

Supplier Negotiation:

Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, ensuring the procurement of cost-effective and high-quality materials.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct detailed financial analysis, track project expenditures, and provide timely reports to support effective decision-making.

Contract Management:

Oversee contracts, ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements, and proactively address any variations or issues.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a focus on drylining and interior fit-out projects.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements, costs, and financial implications. –

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure favourable terms and pricing.

Communication:

Effective communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clarity on project financials.

Technical Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
