Options Resourcing are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a scheme of council refurbishments across low and high rise properties throughout Bristol.

In the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the financial success of multiple schemes taking them from pre-construction costing, finalisation of contracts, cost planning, financial management of live projects and final accounts on all completed projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor MUST have a demonstrable history working on high rise residential refurbishments, experience of NEC 3 / 4 & JCT contracts, and hold a relevant degree qualification.
