£50000 – £55000 per annum dependant on experience

Options Resourcing are working with a well-regarded and established family business who specialise in Demolition whilst also undertaking projects across various sectors including Earthworks, Civil Engineering and Groundworks. The business is growing year on year and can boast a healthy order book for 2022 and offer an excellent opportunity to join a small but close-knit team in a stable business.

The Role

A list of typical duties within the role are detailed below:

*Preparation and submission of tenders
*Liase with Clients and team to ensure project delivery on time and on budget
*Valuation & Payment Notices
*Manage contracts from commencement through to final account
*Proactively ensure payments are received
*Advise site teams and contracts managers on contractual obligations
*Develop longstanding relationships with clients and supply chain

The Person

*Relevant Diploma / Degree (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable)
*Groundworks and/or civil engineering experience
*Estimating experience desirable
*Excellent Relationship building skills both within the Business and with clients
*Able to work in a fast-paced environment
