We are searching for a Graduate Surveyor / Junior Surveyor to make their mark in the construction industry!

About the Role:
We are seeking an individual who thrives in complex environments and possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Your analytical mind will shine as you produce coherent, concise reports that hit the mark the first time.
Your knack for organizing workloads and achieving planned objectives will be a huge asset in this role.

Our ideal candidate comes from a Construction background, with knowledge in Building Surveying and Civil Engineering being a big plus.
Travel Requirement: Be prepared to hit the road! This role involves traveling to sites.
A full driving license is a must, Candidates should have the right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Surveyor your responsibilities will include:
Meeting clients to understand needs and discuss revisions for pricing and feasibility.
Calculating material quantities, labour costs, and project timeframes.
Negotiating labour contracts and schedules.
Monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress, and material requirements.
Preparing comprehensive site reports and surveys.
Assisting the Contracts Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
Reviewing drawings, creating/amending RAMS, logistic plans, Scope of Works, contract variations, and more.

Requirements: – Construction background (knowledge of Building Surveying/Civil Engineering preferred).
SMSTS or CITB recognized, with a good grasp of Health and Safety, Risk, and CDM regulations. Training available for the right candidate.
Willingness to travel and a clean UK driving license are essential.
