Recruitment Sales Support
Salary: £22000.00 - £24000.00 per annum + Commission

We are a market leader in the provision of staff to the construction, built environment and commercial sectors, and have formed close working relationships with some of the leading businesses in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced recruitment team within our Bristol office in Queen Square. Due to continued growth and success from our branch, we are looking to employ a Sales Support to support the branch and enable further growth.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
· Manage the branch labour pool and shortlist candidates for vacancies
· To be the first point of contact for clients and candidates contacting the branch and directing them accordingly.
· To effectively interview and register new and update existing candidates on the Organisations database.
· Manage the branch’s Advertising Strategies and platforms
· Ensuring all applicants meet the relevant compliance criteria and are recorded in line with our policies.
Resourcing
· Locate and secure candidates for positions
· Carry out required reference checking
· Build, maintain and manage a database of available candidates through all means possible including, but not limited to; Advertising, Social Media, Local Resources and Referrals
