Role & Responsibilities:
- Reconnect with dormant clients by telephone and email.
- Proactively generate leads through outbound sales calls and emails.
- Pass warm leads to the Business Development Manager for conversion
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Work towards and achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
Required Skills & Experience:
- (Preferred) Sales experience in transport or pallet network distribution.
- Strong communication and people skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage outbound sales calls to dormant clients.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Professional and personable telephone manner.
