I have partnered with a roofing and cladding company based in Eastleigh, due to their recent growth, they are seeking an Estimator whom is ready to step into a Senior role to become a valuable part of our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Estimation Expertise: Bring your strong Estimating background to the table and put your skills to work.
Industry Experience: With 3-5 years in the roofing and cladding sector, you’ll be right at home.
Estimation Variety: Handle a diverse range of projects, from Single Ply to Sheet Metals Cladding and Composite to Rainscreen.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with the Estimate system is a plus.
Tender Triumphs: Showcase your track record of successfully negotiating and securing tenders.
Client Connections: Build lasting relationships with our valued clients.
On-the-Go: A UK driving license is a must for potential site visits, planning, and design meetings.
Organization Skills: Keep projects running smoothly with your top-notch organizational abilities.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively within our close-knit team.
Blueprint Brilliance: Understand designer drawings and perform accurate take-offs.
