Key Responsibilities:
pre-construction Support: Provide expertise during design, development, and construction phases, supporting architects, main contractors, and clients.
Aftercare Maintenance: Contribute to post-completion support, offering services such as damage repair, maintenance log management, and building cleaning.
Design Development: Work with our in-house design department to create project-specific designs, ensuring excellence in execution. –
Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Extensive background in the Cladding and Roofing industry.
Collaborative Skills: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in estimating and project planning.
