Options Resourcing are teaming up with a highly reputable cladding company based in Bristol, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Estimator
Key Responsibilities
Accurately price and estimate cladding projects of varying scales and complexities.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for estimates.
Analyse project specifications and blueprints to develop comprehensive estimates.
Source and evaluate materials and labour costs to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
Maintain a database of pricing information, cost trends, and industry benchmarks.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators as needed.
Prepare detailed and persuasive bid proposals for potential clients.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in cladding project estimating is mandatory.
Strong understanding of different cladding materials, techniques, and associated costs.
Proficient in using estimation software and tools.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
