We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee a prestigious landlord client portfolio in Central London. This is a permanent, full-time role offering excellent progression opportunities on an ever-growing contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a skilled engineering team delivering high-quality FM services.
- Oversee P&L and budget management, driving performance and efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Build strong client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and contract growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in FM operations management, ideally within commercial property or landlord services.
- A technical background (electrical or mechanical qualifications preferred).
