With nearly two decades of established presence, collaborating with some of the most renowned clients in the UK, our continuously expanding enterprise is in search of an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Operating from our Leeds office, you’ll oversee diverse, nationwide development projects. This permanent, full-time role is tailor-made for a proficient Quantity Surveyor. About the Senior
Quantity Surveyor Position:
Foster and cultivate relationships with existing clients
Bolster the expansion of our contractual operations on a national scale
Spearhead projects from their conceptualization to finalization
Craft cost estimates, conduct tendering, and engineer value – focused schemes
Cultivate and nurture relationships within the industry.
Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
Extensive experience in the private sector, handling projects ranging from small residential to large-scale industrial, retail, and infrastructure endeavors
Possession of an RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
Chartered Quantity Surveyor status, MRICS/FRICS
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
Profound familiarity with UK construction, contract law, and JCT contract forms
Track record of successfully managing projects from inception through completion
Proficiency in client engagement, demonstrating adaptability as an individual contributor or team collaborator
A valid and clean UK driving license is indispensable, considering travel within the region
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept time management, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Salary range of £45,000 to £60,000, contingent on experience
