As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your expertise in cladding and pricing will be the driving force behind our project success. You’ll collaborate closely with our talented teams to manage costs, maintain financial control, and ensure that our cladding projects shine as examples of excellence. **Key

Responsibilities:
Lead all cost estimation and pricing activities related to cladding projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
Budget Vigilance: Monitor project expenditures and budgets, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
Vendor Liaison: Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms for cladding materials and services.
Change Management: Skilfully manage variations and change orders while maintaining a firm grip on project costs.
Project Collaboration: Work together with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and efficient financial execution.
Problem Solver: Identify potential cost risks and proactively address challenges to maintain project profitability and quality.

Qualifications and Experience: bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. – Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a strong focus on cladding projects and price work.
Adeptness with industry software tools
A keen eye for detail when analysing project drawings and specifications.
Strong negotiation skills,
