Senior Quantity Surveyor

Options Resourcing are working with a leading cladding company based in Bristol, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key player in the construction, roofing, and cladding industries, they collaborate with main contractors across the South West and Wales, delivering excellence in every project.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of quantity surveying duties, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, cost reports, and financial forecasts.
Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk assessments.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and expenditures.
Negotiate and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as MS Excel, MS Project, and quantity surveying software.
Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable.
