The Role
Lead commercial management across large-scale projects
Oversee cost planning, procurement, and financial control
Manage contracts and stakeholder relationships
Ensure projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards

About You
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
