Our client, an established regional contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
They operate within the new build construction sector and work on schemes from £10 – 30 million in value across a variety of sectors including; student accommodation, high – rise, commercial, education, care and hotels.
Specifically they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has managed projects £15 million + to head up the team on a new build scheme in central Exeter.
In return my client are offering a highly competitive salary, car allowance and benefits to include private healthcare, pension etc.
