The Opportunity
You will take full ownership of a £25 million education project, leading the on-site team and ensuring delivery to the highest standards. In addition, you’ll be part of a wider business delivering projects across:
Education
High-rise residential
Commercial developments
Leisure facilities
Healthcare
Defence
Project values can reach up to £100 million, offering long-term exposure to major schemes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the site team and take responsibility for day-to-day site operations
Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Manage subcontractors, programme, and site logistics
Uphold and drive health & safety and quality standards
Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior leadership
Motivate and coordinate teams to achieve project milestones
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager ready to step up
Strong track record delivering education or similar sector projects
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
In-depth knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations
Relevant industry qualifications and certifications (essential)
