Shift Leader

Location: Leadenhall Street, London, EC3V 4AB
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am (Days & Nights)

We are seeking a professional and reliable Shift Leader to join our team at the prestigious Leadenhall site. The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a high standard of service in a busy corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and protect the premises, assets, staff, and visitors

• Conduct regular patrols of the site

• Manage access control and handle visitor enquiries

• Respond to incidents promptly and professionally

• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports

• Work effectively as part of a team across both day and night shifts

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days and nights)

• High level of professionalism and reliability
