Are you a highly motivated Site Engineer who is unable to progress within your current company?

Do you want to work on major regeneration schemes worth £400m+,offering exciting and varied works?

Due to phenomenal success in the industry, my award winning regeneration and development client is looking for a Site Engineer / Manager to join the team. with never ending success stories across the business this is rare opportunity available for the right candidate.

The role:
* Phase 3 of a large regeneration project
* Carry out regular inspections of reinforcement/excavations/ stockpile/ Drainage/ Waterproofing/ Foundation works.
* Implements industry best practice and innovations across their project and works with external bodies such as NHBC, to create better, safer, or more cost-effective ways of working.
* Ensure the contractors verification is carried out during the build stage.
* Monitor the RC, Groundwork, Bricklayers, and other external works sub-contractors.
* Site specific temporary work design brief preparation ensuring all involved are consulted, sufficient in line with site requirements.

The Person:
* Previous experience in temporary works coordinator role and responsibilities Quality inspections of all substructures and superstructures prior to NHBC or Clear of works sign off
* Civil Engineering degree or a related
* Relevant CSCS Card
* Strong experience using EDM’s and Level equipment
