Due to continued success in the South West my family feel client is looking to add someone to the team and deliver a new site of 21 units in Bristol.
Looking to speak to someone who has experience in the housing main contracting industry, the project is in the beginning stages so a new site or 21 units, an excellent opportunity for someone to come in and be involved from start to finish.
* Experience in running site from inception to completion
* Someone from a min contractor background or design build is advantageous
* Working under a PM
