Free Parking on the project.
6+ months working on part retail/part two-story nursery build.
SMSTS + First Aid is essential.
Salary is negotiable – fixed contract or self employed.
Outside IR35.
– Experience in Traditional Build & Cavity Build with timber truss
– Manage programme and sub c contractor
– Deliver project safely and on time
