Are you a highly motivated Site Manager with a proven track record of commercial experience across the construction industry seeking a new challenge and excellent opportunities?
Options Resourcing are recruiting for a driven and experienced Site Manager in North Devon. Our client, a contractor in commercial construction are looking to bring in a confident, forward thinking Site Manager to join an expanding team for a well-established contractor with decades of experience.
On offer is the opportunity for a Site Manager to join on a forthcoming industrial project for one of the UK’s leading contractors, with a chance to take the lead on their innovative and sustainable commercial spaces.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their knowledge and experience of coordinating commercial projects from start to finish.
The role:
– Managing site operations
– Ensuring project is delivered on time, safely and budget
– 12-month fixed term contract
The person:
– SMSTS
– CSCS & First Aid
– Previous experience working with a regional contractor on commercial projects
