Options Resourcing are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a commercial project kicking off at the end of March.
Our client is a leading contractor in design and build of hotels with decades of experience with all leading international hotel chains. Their project is an extension to an existing hotel., consisting of groundworks, steel frame and brick structure under tiled roof, M&E install, formation, and fitout of 40 new guest rooms.
The ideal Site Manager will have experience with new build construction and externals. Their responsibilities will cover the day to day running of the site including all the construction, co-ordination of the contractors, health and safety, site logistics and liaison with the hotel.
All candidates will have obtained the relevant tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and the successful Site Manager will be supported on the project by the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
Hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with the salary open to negotiation.
