Are you a highly motivated Site Manager with a proven track record of residential and commercial experience? Do you want the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across both sectors?
Options Resourcing are recruiting for a driven and experienced Site Manager in Bristol. Our client, a regional contractor with specialist, end-to-end residential and commercial expertise, are looking to bring a fresh face into their team.
On offer is the opportunity for a Site Manager to join as number one on a new, residential project for one of the leading regional contractors in the UK, who also cover commercial, leisure, education, health, and industrial sectors in the Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire areas.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable working across residential and commercial projects and demonstrate experience when delivering projects up to at least £10m.
The role:
* Coordinating project from start to finish
* Managing site operations
* Ensuring project is delivered on time, safely and on budget
The person:
* SMSTS
* CSCS, First Aid
* Previous experience working with a regional contractor on both commercial and residential projects
