Site Manager
Salary: £250.00 - £260 per day
Experienced fit-out SITE MANAGER required for extensive freelance work in PLYMOUTH area ideally starting Monday 6th March 2023.
12+ MONTHS WORK with an option of TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT placement for the right candidate.
SMSTS, FIRST AID and FIT-OUT experience is ESSENTIAL.
Security clearance for MOD site would be preferred but not essential, however, candidate must be comfortable going through security clearance process.
£250 – £260 day rate depending on experience.
ON-SITE PARKING AVAILABLE.
General Duties:
– Basic fit-out project across several locations
– Undertake refurbishment of flooring, kitchen & toilet areas
– Deliver project safely and on time
